COVID-19 vaccine’s are free of charge. 

COVID-19 TESTING:

Please call (423)-429-5518 to schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing.

Our COVID testing days are Monday – Thursday from 9AM to 4PM | LUNCH 12-1PM (NO TESTING). 

Things to CONSIDER when arriving for testing: 

• When arriving, please park at the designating testing spaces.
• Please call the number mentioned above to let us know you’ve arrived. One of our testing personnel will be out to begin the test. 
• Please, do NOT come to our doors to inform us of your arrival. This is for the safety of our patients and staff.
• Results will be ready in-about 15 mins.
